HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Facility Experience – you’ll be an expert when it comes to our Jackson facility, managing all capital projects including projects that pertain to roofs, drains and overhead (protecting our food production!) and projects relating to the production equipment.

  • Continuous Improvement – you’re responsible for leading and directing the continuous technical improvement of the facility, equipment, and production/IT systems

  • Capital Budgets – you’ll own the entire lifecycle of the capital projects that have to do with anything engineering or facilities.

  • Team Player – team work is your strong suit as you effectively work with Global Engineering and Operations to deploy corporate technical business strategies and direction in concert with plant strategies (CBN) and direction to achieve business goals

  • Policies and Procedures - directing, coordinating, communicating, and interpreting policy for assigned project managers is a daily task as you ensure that capital projects are thoroughly planned, scheduled, scoped, and estimated, and are properly staffed and implemented #organized

  • People and Food Safety – you’re accountable for compliance with all regulations, including Quality, Food Safety, and employee safety policies and procedures

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • Substantial experience in atechnical role within manufacturing

  • Significant capital projectexperience in a engineering or in the food industry

  • Demonstrated ability to work andoperate in a collaborative project environment

  • Understanding of equipmentcontrol functions and equipment capability for multiple unitoperations.

  • Experience in managing andmentoring employees across levels in a technical environment
