Kellogg Supply Chain Planning Manager in JACKSON, Tennessee

In this role, you show your owner’s mindset by leading the planning and delivery of all Pringles and Cracker production planning, initiative, finished product inventory management, and master data management. You will be a part of the Plant Leadership team and As Manager of the Material Supply Department, this role is responsible for the planning and delivery of all inbound material (1,000 materials, including global supply chains) and raw/pack inventory management at the Jackson site.   • Supply Chain Leader – This role interfaces with many corporate and regional planning functions (North America, Latin America, and Europe) on a daily basis, so put your “people person” face on.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED or International Equivalent with significant experience in supply chain or plant operations

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead across functions and organizations within a complex supply chain

  • Strong people management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a budget

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business/Supply Chain Management with substantial supply chain or plant operations leadership experience

  • Food manufacturing experience

  • Consumer Packaged Goods experience

  • Substantial hands-on experience leading a complex logistics organization

  • Proven track record of delivering results while handling many diverse and competing priorities
