As Maintenance Reliability Manager on the Kellogg manufacturing team, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying and delivering programs & processes essential to our plant operations in our Business Unit. You will plan and collaborate with other plant leaders to execute the Kellogg Work Systems and Improvement efforts of site-wide programs that supports the plant producing great food at a low cost. Long Term Thinking - Planning and executing of Kellogg Work Systems Progress in the Business Unit within this cookie plant

Empower Efficiency with a New Angle - Determining and driving best practices in equipment reliability, total cost of ownership and providing technical support for proactive maintenance
Strategize to Win - Driving Key Performance Indicators related to Improved Costs, OEE, and Service
Data Driven - Updating Equipment Maintenance Plans (EMP) based on data analysis of failures
Empower Teams - Training reliability and autonomous maintenance
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
A passion for improvement and thinking outside the box!
Proven experience leading continuous improvement projects (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, KWS, IWS, HPO)
Exceptional ability to influence and lead cross functional teams across all levels of the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
HS Diploma/GED and experience in Continuous Improvement initiatives
Owner’s mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit!
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering or technical or business field
Demonstrated ability to plan work and manage priorities while problem-solving
Strong demonstrated ability to manage complexity
