Kellogg Maintenance Manager in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky

As Maintenance Manager on the Kellogg manufacturing team, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying and delivering programs & processes essential to our plant operations in our Business Unit. You will plan and collaborate with other plant leaders to execute the Kellogg Work Systems and Improvement efforts of site-wide programs that supports the plant producing great food at a low cost.

  • Long Term Thinking - Planning and executing of Kellogg Work Systems Progress in the Business Unit within this cookie plant

  • Clear Results - Supervising salaried team to drive partnership and deliver results

  • Tools for Success - Participating in the business planning and budgeting process and developing short and long-term cost containment/reduction strategies, while delivering cost savings within the business unit

  • Empower Efficiency with a New Angle - Determining and driving best practices in equipment reliability, total cost of ownership and providing technical support for proactive maintenance

  • Strategize to Win - Driving Key Performance Indicators related to Improved Costs, OEE, and Service

  • Data Driven - Updating Equipment Maintenance Plans (EMP) based on data analysis of failures

  • Empower Teams - Training reliability and autonomous maintenance



  • Creating and driving a strong Preventative Maintenance program

  • Exceptional ability to influence and lead cross functional teams across all levels of the organization

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • HS Diploma/GED and experience in Continuous Improvement initiatives

Bonus Points:

  • PLC, preferably Allen Bradley, recent experience

  • Owner’s mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit!

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering or technical or business field

  • Demonstrated ability to plan work and manage priorities while problem-solving

  • Strong demonstrated ability to manage complexity
