Lead with us as a Plant Operations Supervisor in our Memphis, TN facility were you will be responsible for providing overall guidance and resolution for all technical aspects of the distribution and planning areas. These areas include, but are not limited to, DM+, SAP, ID Systems, Automated Guided Vehicles and Ecc’tric.

  • Direction and ServantLeadership – Lead and demonstrate yourpeople skills as you provide direction and support to your warehouse teamof operators

  • Leadership and Resolution– Provide leadership and resolution regarding safety, foodsafety and operational issues as it pertains to the Warehouse, along withresolution on all technical issues for DM+, SAP, ID Systems andthe AGV’s

  • Coordination is your strong point – Coordinate all department training as required bythe Memphis Warehouse and Logistics personnel

  • YouGot This! – Take the lead on assignmentsand projects as necessary and assigned by the Operations Services Managerand the Senior Operations Manager

  • Get Techy with it! – you will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations for alltechnical aspects including daily system checks, serving as a system liaisonfor the Memphis Plant, and continually analyzing and evaluating the effectiveutilization of the Memphis automated warehouse functions



  • High School Diploma or GED withsubstantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in amanufacturing setting

  • Experience in Logistics or a manufacturing technicalbackground

  • Experience in managing the areas of procurement,logistics, inventory and or warehouse management

  • Related logistics and or maintenance/technicalexperience and/or education will be considered

  • Ability to work in conditions that include multiple, andfrequent conflicting priorities and schedules

  • Must be able to perform tasks quickly as response timeis critical to continuous operations

  • Ability to handle occasional strenuous physical activitywith or without accommodations

  • Long periods of sitting, standing and extended periodsof time on their feet troubleshooting complex systems issues

  • Must also be able to work 12 hour shifts on an alternateschedule including weekends/Holidays and the availability to be called inon a 24-hour basis, including many weekends, to support any system relatedissues

  • Ability to work in extreme heat and cool environments

  • Ability to be lift truck certified

  • Ability to push/pull unit loads into alignment

  • Working knowledge of technical concepts, practices andprocedures

  • Ability to utilize available information and quicklyproblem solve is essential

  • Ability to create multi-shift strategies aroundautomated unit load delivery and manual loading restrictions

  • Ability to accurately assess data for short term problemsolving is essential

  • Professional communication skills including excellentwritten and verbal skills

  • Working knowledge of AGV is highly desirable

Bonus Points:

  • Strong technical aptitude alongwith proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP

  • Experience in the Food & Beverageindustry

  • Experience working in a Union environment

  • BS/BA and significant relatedexperience

  • Sense of humor
