  • Account Development – As a Senior Manager, E-Commerce you will take ownership of your business by leading the development and execution of commercial business plans that mutually deliver against customer and sales objectives. Providing a customer-centered culture, you will strive to exceed customer needs, requirements, and expectations.

  • Strategic Partnerships – Leading the joint business planning process, you will establish partnerships across eCommerce customers including Kroger at all management levels.

  • Business Collaboration - Collaborating with the Business Planning Team and Sales Finance you will work to deliver on quarterly Gross Sales Volume, Net Sales Volume & Trade commitments. This position works closely with Marketing to understand trends and consumer preferences and provide channel strategy direction.

  • Analytics – Knowing your business will be imperative in driving sales growth. Providing analytical guidance to the team around channel trends, trade investment and other sales metrics will be key to your success.

  • Budget Management – You will be responsible for ensuring that controls are in place to maintain sound fiscal operation with respect to trade budgets, digital shopper marketing funding and overhead spending.



  • High School Diploma / GED

  • Significant CPG industry sales, marketing or strategy experience with a manufacturer or retailer.

  • Experience with customer negotiations at management levels.

  • Experience communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals and audiences in both written and verbal methods.

  • Experience working in a matrix environment and in leading peers and key project groups. Position requires a highly creative, collaborative, and persuasive style.

  • Above average proficiency in Microsoft office suite

Bonus Points:

  • BA/BS Degree

  • Prior exposure and/or experience with eCommerce

  • Top Account Sales Experience

  • Previous exposure and / or experience with Click and Collect and / or Direct to Consumer Business (i.e. ClickList or Ship to Home)

  • Large customer sales and sales planning experience

  • Experience with digital marketing and media planning


It is highly preferred that the ideal candidate will reside in Cincinnati, OH metro area but may be open to other remote locations.

  • A flexible work schedule and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time but may vary depending on location of residency.

  • This position provides participation in the Kellogg Auto Reimbursement Program.
