As an Account Executive at Kellogg, you will use your stellar sales and planning experience to manage relationships, and uncover unique opportunities to deliver incremental volume within the FoodMaxx account. On our team, we focus on great relationships – both with each other and our customers. With an owner's mindset, you will work with the field sales team to deliver market-leading customer plans and growth strategies, while managing trade dollars within assigned budgets, to execute customer specific trade plans.

You will play a key role in maintaining integrity, and timeliness of operating budgets and maintaining records and reports necessary to comply with company, government, and accrediting agency standards, regulations, and codes.
Analytics – Knowing your business will be imperative in driving sales growth. Performing pre and post promotion analysis and revising future programs as necessary will be a key to your success.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High school diploma/GED
Ability to develop, present,and execute customer plans
Ability to understand marketdynamics, forecast results, and analyze and interpret data
Strong understanding oftrade strategy, retail operation, and negotiation skills
Effective written and oralcommunication, and a track record of Sales success
A flexible work schedule,including the necessity of approximately 20% domestic overnight travel
Motor vehicle history with 2or less moving violations within the last 36 months
Experience calling on buyersand category managers at the headquarters level
Experience utilizingsyndicated and/or loyalty card data
The ideal candidate will reside in the Northern California area.
