As an integral part of the Little Brownie Bakers’ Sales team, you’ll create sales strategies driven by in-depth analysis and customer insights to maximize and maintain our sustainable long term growth for our Girl Scout councils. Reporting to the Manager Team Sales, you will work with the Field Sales Team to include Sales Operations Managers and Customer Service Representatives. Together, you’ll influence customer growth to meet revenue goals while advancing your career.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Account Development – As a Key Account Executive, you will lead sales efforts and promote a customer-centered culture. You will be responsible for developing top-to-top relationships within the council customer base. Making strategic decisions, you will consider immediate and long-term implications, benefits and costs, and risks associated with alternatives.
Strategic Partnerships – Collaborating with Girl Scout councils and delivery agents, together you will negotiate short and long-term contracts. Soliciting employee feedback and suggestions will be key to your success when making decisions or solving problems related to the effective management of councils. Internally you will influence supply chain by managing the customer product forecast process.
Analytics – Knowing your business will be imperative in driving sales growth. Performing analysis and revising future programs as necessary will be a key to your success.
Budget Management – You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data and statistics. This includes operating and administrative budgets, to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards and requirements.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High school diploma/GED
Significant related experience
Sales experience calling on accounts that are relationship based
Ability to develop, present, and execute customer sales strategies with a focus on analyzing yearly results
Ability to understand market dynamics, forecast results, and analyzing data
Effective negotiation skills
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Motor vehicle history with 2 or less moving violations within the last 36 months
Knowledge of the Girl Scouts movement
Experience managing sales budgets
Proven skills for building customer relationships
In-depth knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint applications
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
The ideal candidate will reside in the Southeast Region located within close proximity to a major airport and will work daily from a home office location.
This is a highly seasonal business that requires a flexible work schedule and the ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
