WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • In the role as account manager you will be responsible to manage several national and local accounts, amongst which could be Plus, Hoogvliet, Vomar, Deen, etc.

  • You willhave full responsibility to manage your accounts, take the right decisions for Kellogg’s and for the retailer to grow the business within the limits of your P&L

  • Define and execute the promotion plan for Kellogg’s and Pringles

  • Maximize the distribution of Kellogg’s and Pringles assortment and shelf presentation in 3 categories.

  • Sell innovations and realize targeted distribution.

  • Negotiate the trading conditions and follow up annual agreements

  • Report status on regular basis sales KPI’s, market conditions, trade evolution, forecasting, commercial issues and competition.

  • Communicate information to and solve issues in cooperation with all other departments (including Finance, Supply Chain etc.) when needed.

  • Define, recommend and control pro-active action plan on budget differences when appropriate.

  • Execute and implement Category Management projects, responsible for internal and external contacts, in cooperation with the Category Management.

  • Build relations with people in customer’s organization in order to influence those disciplines that can be useful in accomplishing objectives.

  • Regularly visit stores to check developments, the agreed in-store activities and competition.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

· Studies or previous experience in the commercial field

· Good command of Dutch and English

· Willingness to learn

· Ready to react enthusiastically to new challenges

· People skills

· Analytical and presentation skills
