We have an opportunity for a Sr. IT Business Analyst – Robotics Process Automation at either our Chicago, IL, Oak Brook, IL, or Battle Creek, MI location.
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Growth - Provide process thought leadership to effectively interpret and break down vague, or abstract business needs into discrete RPA development requirements
Collaborate - You’ll help build an Enterprise Robotics COE and shape how the practice drives automation across the organization while you demonstrate effective collaboration skills up, down and across the organization
Design and Develop new processes to help manage the Robotics lifecycle from intake through to support. This role will be part of a team responsible for the design, development, and deployment of technology, tools, and standard processes to support the delivery of our Enterprise Robotics practice. A team who is focusing on enhancing our competitive advantage through value-added, and efficient automations. The team consults and executes on a wide range of initiatives involving process and tool development and implementation including training development, engagement management & tool design.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High School Diploma or GED and significant related experience as a Business Analyst
Experience working with robotic process automation technologies (e.g. Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or UiPath)
Client facing requirements gathering to capture as-is process and map to-be process vision
Prepare Automation business case, highlighting benefits and ROI
Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign – understanding how the Automation Technologies help design the process
Ability to take a strategic, transformational point of view on the position
Demonstrated experience working with IT organization on a project or program
Maintains effectiveness and priorities in a continually evolving, time sensitive environment
Ability to leverage organization influence and exercise leadership through others
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Experience utilizing report writing best practices (optimization, use of joins and sub-queries)
Experience with manual testing to include User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
