As a Strategic Change Manager in Global IT at Kellogg, you will build on our success by leveraging your strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Working with Business IT and other partners, you will deliver meaningful change management solutions to the organization. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Create and Implement Change Management Strategies – Two scoops of communication and leadership will be key ingredients in your recipe for success in this role. Partnering with project leaders and team members across functional areas, you’ll align change management solutions with broader business strategy.

Develop Communication and Training Plans – With an owner’s mindset, you’ll utilize our change management toolkit to create comprehensive communications and training plans, enabling stakeholders to transition from current to future state.

Drive Results - You’ll apply a structured methodology to produce outcomes such as stakeholder analysis, change assessments, communication and training plans, as well as assess change readiness. You’ll also execute user-facing deliverables, such as communications, training, and other engagement activities to propel employee adoption.

Continuous Improvement - Our team is continually putting forth effort to improve our products, services, and processes. In this role, you’ll execute plans to measure effectiveness of change management initiatives to ensure our tools and processes are Gr-r-reat!

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED and significant related Change Management experience

  • Team leadership skills, experience/in-depth knowledge of business operations and IT processes

  • Extensive experience in organizational development

  • Proven experience developing and delivering a Change Management Project from beginning to end:

  • Strategic Change Management Project Planning

  • Leadership alignment

  • Stakeholder engagement

  • Strategic Change Communications

  • Training

  • Knowledge transfer

  • Business readiness

  • Adoption

  • Experience influencing, communicating, and working effectively with all levels within the organization

  • Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, managing multiple high priority initiatives, and working effectively in a fast pace environment

  • Ability to influence and work in a cross-functional teams

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience using training and communication tools such as Adobe Captivate

  • Experience managing vendor relationships
