Kellogg Talent Management Manager - Sales in OAK BROOK, Illinois

In your role as a Talent Management Manager you will play an important role within our KNA Sales HR team. You will be supporting the development and implementation of our Talent Strategy and processes in order to continue to grow and develop our people with KNA Sales. You will also provide best in class insights and overall guidance on talent activities. Together we will build a stronger future for our company and your career.

  • Shape and Share - focus on Talent outcomes that will have the biggest impact on the business. Serve as a change agent, bringing in new and innovative ways of working. Create and champion internal leading Talent practices. Drives strategic Talent policies, programs, and tools for all categories and functions.

  • HR Champion – You will lead and implement internal practices, including key talent and performance management related processes, be responsible for manager and employee effectiveness, and help shape an environment that helps both the business and our people grow. Provide functional support and leadership for the implementation of global talent policies, processes, practices and tools. Organize and collaborate around business issues and needs.

  • Champion our Growth Orientation and KValues - support in creating a culture where the Talent Philosophy and Leadership commitments come to life for managers and employees. Supports and executes L&D global program. Fully utilizes Kellogg change methodology for implementation of new Talent programs and development initiative.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other related field

  • Significant work experience in Human Resources, including both business facing roles and COE/strategy/design roles.

  • One year experience with delivering and/or leading talent activities

  • Experience working in a multi-location environment and knowledge of Learning & Development principles, models and their delivery

  • Strong facilitation, communication and coaching skills

  • Experience in delivering and improving training programs, including content and materials

  • Strong collaboration, influencing and relationship building competencies, at all levels across the business

  • Experience with project and change management

Bonus Points:

  • Master’s Degree in Business with HR focus, HR or I/O Psychology

  • Professional Association designations/certifications in Human Resources (e.g. SHRM or the international equivalent)

  • Ideally MBTI qualified and/or experience with psychometrics, 360 and other development tools

  • Experience of working in regional/global matrix organization
