  • Set the Pace - Directing all activities for your assignedproduction lines on a shift in accordance with goals, product standards,costs, budgets, manpower and established procedures

  • BS/BA and significant related experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of managing safety and/orquality programs & processes

  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competingrequests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution

Bonus Points :

  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry

  • Experience participating in LEAN manufacturing events,managing LEAN project initiatives

  • Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency inMicrosoft Office and experience with SAP

  • Experience supervising in a union environment

This will be a 2nd or 3rd shift position. Candidate must be able to work weekends with some 12+ hour days.
