HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Coordinating is Key - creating and adjusting schedules for employees to prepare the plant to be audit ready every day (be on your toes!)

• Going the Distance - assuring cleaning procedures are maintained and updated and conducting plant wide and departmental mandated training

• A People Person - you will interact with various personalities from union employees up to plant directors

• Meeting the Schedule - planning cleaning schedules and proper allocation of resources (labor, supplies, equipment and time) while planning and executing for successful changeovers, sanitation weekends and daily activities.

• Detail Oriented - conducting daily inspections of tasks assigned to the union employees, good manufacturing practices, health checks, safety inspections and food safety audits

• We know you can juggle… - you’ll be working on multiple long term projects while managing daily activities, but we know multitasking is a strength of yours

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

• High School Diploma/GED plus demonstrated Sanitation and supervisory/management experience

• Knowledge of chemical usage and safety

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Strong problem solving ability

• Ability to effectively function in a union environment and promote positive labor relations

• Understanding of general industrial safety requirements

Bonus Points:

• Bachelor's degree and Sanitation experience in a food processing facility

• Food industry experience

• Certified in Pesticide application
