Kellogg Plant Maintenance Supervisor in ROSSVILLE, Tennessee

Have a passion for leading teams and fixing things? As a Maintenance Supervisor supporting production of our Kellogg’s Eggo plant, you will play a key role in delivering maintenance programs & processes essential to our plant operations. Based in one of our state-of-the-art facilities, you will be a significant leader in developing and motivating your team, as well as building unity across all the work teams, while identifying opportunities to more efficiently and effectively produce great food. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required

  • High SchoolDiploma or GED and related work experience

  • Strongtechnical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office andexperience with SAP

  • Experience withCMMS (Computerized maintenance management systems) / SAPor a similar ERP system

  • Ability toeffectively communicate and problem solve

  • Demonstratedability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levelsof the organization

Bonus Points

  • BS/BA andsignificant related experience

  • PreviousMaintenance Supervisor experience in a food manufacturing environment

  • Experiencein Production reporting systems and Preventative Maintenance programs

  • Experiencewith leading and applying LEAN principles in a manufacturing environment?

  • Experienceimplementing Autonomous Maintenance?

  • Experienceand familiarity with plant operations and manufacturing production areas?
