WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Business Analytics – You will access, analyze and interpret lead business indicators of shipments, share, consumption, and promotional efficiencies / effectiveness. This position will leverage Revenue Growth Management (RGM) principles to assist with annual planning and to budget expectations.

  • Planning Process – You will play a key part in the annual planning process. Your responsibilities will include adaptation of the national trade calendar, managing investment levels and ensuring adherence to brand strategies. You will identify opportunities to improve profit and net sales volume based on your analysis of promotion, spending and volume (forecasts and actuals). You will lead actions to ensure Trade Promotion Management (TPM) / promotional accuracy.

  • People Development – As an integral part of the Eastern Region Leadership Team, you will lead a team of seven direct reports. You will support their growth and development by providing ongoing clear and concise performance feedback.

  • Data Champion – In this role, you are responsible for the team’s data integrity. Acting as the team expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool you will train team members on use of the system and provide improvement recommendations.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • High School Diploma / GED

  • Significant experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Planning, Sales Finance, or Revenue Growth Management

  • Demonstrated very strong business acumen, collaboration skills, judgment expertise, organizational skills, analytical skills, multi-tasking skills, and be driven toward action

  • Advanced Excel knowledge

  • Ability to work in conditions that may include multiple priorities and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules and specific time constraints.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent organization skills.

Bonus Points:

  • BA/BS Degree

  • People Management Experience

  • Experience working within Syndicated Data Sources

  • Trade Promotions Management (TPM) knowledge
