Kellogg Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition in United States

Reporting to the Vice President of Global Talent, you will have the unique opportunity to bring the excitement of working at the Kellogg Company to life by driving the global employment brand and social media strategies for talent attraction and engagement, while collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure our talent acquisition strategy enables growth. As the global lead for Talent Acquisition, you will provide direction and support for Regional Talent Acquisition teams, lead our social media and employment brand team, and lead our executive recruiting team to ensure we are hiring the best talent to enable our growth strategy.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Leading the Global Talent Acquisition Strategy for Growth - As the Global Process Owner of Talent Acquisition, you will design best-in-class candidate experience strategies, lead the Global executive recruiting strategy to ensure the hiring of top executive talent, and establishing strong working relationships across Regional Talent Acquisition (TA) teams and HR. Your ability to develop others will ensure the continued development of the Global TA Team.

  • Own the Global Employer Branding - You will design and implement Kellogg’s Global Talent Attraction Strategy, focusing on leveraging social media and digital marketing to engage with talent communities across the globe. You will ensure employment branding and executive recruiting strategies are successfully and consistently executed across multiple channels, while managing employer brand development to promote Kellogg as a global employer of choice. You will also enable proactive sourcing of diverse, on-demand pipelines of talent for the future to improve diversity, quality of hires, and decrease recruitment cost.

  • Driving World-Class Business Acumen - Using your analytical skills and strong business understanding to improve effectiveness of all Talent Acquisition programs and build data-driven business cases to improve recruitment strategies and improve candidate and hiring manager experience, while leading quarterly business reviews highlighting strategy/activity/result.

  • Striving for Success by Driving Continuous Improvement - Continuous Improvement is key! You will use those tools to incorporate stakeholder feedback and industry best practice in talent acquisition strategies. Additionally, you will own the design and implementation for all Global TA Technology.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Human Resources, IO Psychology, or relatable degree.

  • Proven and progressive responsibility in Human Resources, particularly delivering and leading talent acquisition strategy and activities. Demonstrated experience in a similar role at a large, multi-national CPG organization

  • Experience with TA technology and tools

  • Experience working in a multi-location and global environment

  • People management experience

  • Demonstrated success leading in a highly matrixed organization

  • Global mindset, with a sensitivity to and willingness to work across cultures and time zones

  • Strong business acumen

Bonus Points:

  • Master’s degree or international equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, IO Psychology, or relatable field

  • Experience in other areas of HR, particularly in Business-Facing HR and/or other areas of Talent

  • Experience with data analytics

  • International experience

  • A strong vision for success with an owner’s mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit!

  • An attitude that exudes positivity and motivates others

  • Professional Association designations/certifications in Human Resources (e.g. SHRM or the international equivalent)
